How often should I clean and refill a pet water fountain?
Check the water level daily, refresh the water regularly, and clean the tank, drinking surface, and other food-contact parts with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembly. Follow the product manual for filter replacement and pump care. Always unplug the fountain first, and never immerse the powered base, adapter, plug, or electrical connection in water.
Can I try on a collar, harness, boots, or apparel and still return it?
You may perform a brief indoor fit check while keeping the item clean, unused, unworn outdoors, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging. Preference-based returns must be started within 30 calendar days after delivery, and the customer pays return shipping.
